		<description>These are amazing!  One of the things I have always hated most about store bought costumes is how thin they are. All of the kids have chocolate ringed blue lips.  These look so warm!.  In the past we have modified little sweat pants and shirts, but they just looked like modified sweat suits.  I am comfortable doing decor sewing, but I am just learning to sew clothing. While it may be a little late for this year, you have inspired me to try one for next year!</description>

Last year my son wanted to be a black widow spider so I modified a pattern to fit that request (had to add extra legs, an hourglass, extra eyes and fangs to be anatomically accurate). The previous year he wanted to be a cardinal. I modified a pattern for that, too.  Results are here:

This year he wants to be a mummy! As I type, I'm setting some tea dye to the harem cloth that I'm using on his costume.
